# Excel

Excel workbook test repository adapter for ABAP Agent 2.0 — CLI and Guides references.

Use adapter type **`excel`** when your test inventory lives in an Excel workbook on the agent host.

### `testrepo set` parameters for `excel`

Non-secret keys use `--setting key=value`. Excel has no secrets. Plus common options (`--name`, `--type`, `--pipeline`, `--test-stage`) — see [Configure Test Repositories](broken://pages/RZTKL0g90WmKm4Prs0gG).

| Parameter             | Kind    | Required | Description                                                                                                         |
| --------------------- | ------- | -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `filePath`            | Setting | Yes      | Path to the Excel workbook on the agent host (`.xlsx`, `.xlsm`, or `.xls`).                                         |
| `sheetName`           | Setting | Yes      | The worksheet name that contains the test case data.                                                                |
| `testCaseIdColumn`    | Setting | Yes      | Column address for the test case ID (for example `A`).                                                              |
| `testCaseNameColumn`  | Setting | Yes      | Column address for the test case name (for example `B`).                                                            |
| `searchColumns`       | Setting | Yes      | Comma-separated column addresses to search for ABAP object matches (at least one required).                         |
| `testCasePathColumn`  | Setting | No       | Column address for the test case path.                                                                              |
| `searchPaths`         | Setting | No       | Comma-separated list that scopes the search to specific paths. Written as top-level `searchpaths` in `config.toml`. |
| `confidenceThreshold` | Setting | No       | Integer 0–100. Minimum confidence for a match.                                                                      |
